how to use " add cable core"

why this menu is always unactivated?

even if i choose one cable  ,and wanna edit it?

but "add cable screen "!!!!!

Hello,

The cable symbol you are using, must be a cable symbol with screen -for instance CABLE2.SYM or CABLE3.SYM.
